From Naples to Your Neighborhood
'Crust & Hearth Pizzeria started with a humble vision: to introduce authentic Neapolitan pizza to London. The Rossi family opened our doors in 1985, originally as a quaint, family-managed shop, preserving recipes passed through many generations.
'Marco Rossi, the original founder, mastered the pizza craft during her explorations across Italy, apprenticing with Neapolitan pizza masters. After coming back to the UK, she committed herself to creating Genuine Italian pizza, using traditional techniques and the finest materials.
What originated as a cozy 12-seat pizzeria has flourished into a cherished neighborhood fixture. Yet, our devotion to excellence and genuineness remains firm. We continue employing traditional wood-fired ovens, preparing our dough daily, and seeking out the best quality components available.
Now, 'Crust & Hearth Pizzeria is still in the hands of the Rossi family, as the next generation takes the reins of our dedicated team. While we have incorporated a few modern updates, our fundamental ethos is unchanged: to craft delectable, genuine pizza that unites friends and family.
